We work with the clients on providing manpower for a fixed duration. It can be minimum for 3 months and maximum for a year.
Fee depends basically on talent demand, recruitment process is just coordination with the clients, understanding their requirements and on-boarding process & payroll will be handled by SimbaHire itself.
